I love the energy in early January. Whether or not you make resolutions, I think it’s fun to talk about how we can become better people, be more intentional with our time and energy, and create healthier lives overall.
Earlier this week I shared a tutorial for easy meal prep so you can prep your own healthy lunches in bulk, but I also know that with all of life’s demands, we don’t always have the luxury of doing meal prep. And, let’s be honest, not all of us want to spend time planning and prepping meals each week. Trust me, I get it. This is where our good friends at Sun Basket come in.
