I went to a fermenting demo a few weekends ago and ever since then I have been hands-down obsessed with kombucha. I’ve decided it’s time to finally start making my own so I can have a supply at my fingertips. Kombucha is one of my favorite fermented foods. If you’re new to kombucha, kombucha is a traditional fermented tea that tastes a bit tangy. Kombucha can be found at any health food store and comes in a variety of flavors. I know that a lot of folks are intimidated by kombucha so I wanted to create a fun drink to show that kombucha doesn’t have to be a strange healthfood store concoction – it can be a beautiful mocktail too!
